This is just a small preview of what is available. On the left are tender scallops wrapped in bacon setting on a drizzle of caramel and balsamic reduction. The crabcakes on the right are topped with a mango and roasted red pepper relish and float on a basil chili aioli. Fusion is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We feature seafood but have steaks, chicken, and rack of lamb for the meat-lovers. Our wine list has something for every palate and price point and our bar can provide a frozen concoction for the hot days of shopping or any of several martinis just to make things better.
